Your goods are shipped by UPS (parcels) or freight forwarding (pallets). All prices mentioned are ex warehouse Made (NL).

The Netherlands

  • Package:
    • UPS Standard € 8,50 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
    • UPS Express Saver € 25,00 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
  • Pallets:
    • € 87,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x80 cm/up to a maximum of 100 kgs)
    • € 109,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x180 cm/up to a maximum of 300 kgs)
    • € 162,00 per pallet (maximum size 120x100x200 cm/up to a maximum of 750 kgs)

Belgium

  • Package:
    • UPS Standard € 8,50 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
    • UPS Express Saver € 25,00 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
  • Pallets:
    • € 103,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x80 cm/up to a maximum of 100 kgs)
    • € 134,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x180 cm/up to a maximum of 300 kgs)
    • € 195,00 per pallet (maximum size 120x100x200 cm/up to a maximum of 750 kgs)

Luxemburg

  • Package:
    • UPS Standard € 8,50 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
    • UPS Express Saver € 30,00 per package (up to a maximum of 32 kgs)
  • Pallets:
    • € 105,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x80 cm/up to a maximum of 100 kgs)
    • € 136,00 per pallet (maximum size 130x80x180 cm/up to a maximum of 300 kgs)
    • € 197,00 per pallet (maximum size 120x100x200 cm/up to a maximum of 750 kgs)

Pre-payment customers

Pre-payment customers will be charged with the following prices per UPS shipment*;

  • The Netherlands € 27,00
  • Belgium € 27,00
  • Luxemburg € 27,00

* Excludes pallet shipments.

Delivery Times

Drop shipments directly to your customers

A charge of € 7,50 per shipment will be applied for each drop shipment. A drop shipment is classed as a delivery to an address, other than your standard billing and delivery addresses that are already known to us.

Return policy

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item:

  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Isn't a close-out article.

You will also need to provide us with your proof of purchase i.e. the covering Bowltech UK invoice details.
