This part is used on the steel bin assembly 070006350. The head of the pin rests on the rubber bumpers (four) (000021992) inserted on the bracket. This bracket is used for all the pin positions except the 5 position, with no hook attached. The 5 pin position has its own bracket (070006384) with a hook welded to it where the shuttle spring (070006447) attaches
