This strap is used with the PBL and mounts to the rear edge of each back end kickback thru the slots, near the top of the kickbacks. The tension spring for the PBL pressure plate and the spring for the ratchet wheel belt idler pulley attach to the holes in the strap. The slots in the strap allow for various widths between kickbacks and minor adjustments to springs
